About GCSA in Bayside (Queens)
GCSA will utilize the modern collegiate athletic facilities at Queensborough Community College to offer the Boys' Basketball, Girls' Basketball and Soccer academies.
GCSA Summer Sports Academy is for boys, girls, and teens ages 5-16. Athletes ages from 5-7 will be grouped in our Junior Varsity Division that will promote developmental skills in that select sport. Athletes aged 8 and older will be grouped in our Varsity Division focused on a more competitive atmosphere for sports growth.
Queensborough Community College
Queensborough Community College is an ideal setting for a sports camp. Queensborough has a number of men's and women's junior collegiate sports programs that run year round. To accommodate their athletes the campus has beautiful NCAA Junior College athletic facilities that include athletic fields, tennis courts, and an indoor gym with basketball courts.
Through the use of these state-of-the-art facilities GCSA will create a safe, fun, and competitive atmosphere that will allow your athletes to thrive.

Ron Naclerio - Head Basketball Coach
Ron Naclerio has coached boys varsity basketball at Benjamin N. Cardozo for 40 years, 35 as the head coach. He is the All-Time Leader with most wins in the PSAL with 748 wins to his name. He has helped more than 1,400 players get into college, and beyond. He is the only high school coach to receive a NABC Guardians of the Game award.Read More

Bruno Cotumaccio is currently the Assistant Coach at NY powerhouse Benjamin Cardoza High School. He is also the Director of Baskebtall Operations and player development at Heat Elite AAU. He has 30 years of basketball coaching experience at many levels including, CYO, AAU, High School, and even international training work.
